2018 // Storioni Academy
The Storioni Academy is an important part of the Storioni Festival. The Academy provides coaching on many levels, from music school student to master student, and also for the Storioni Willem Twee Competition. This prize for young ensembles was called to life by the Storioni Trio in collaboration with Willem Twee Concerthall in Den Bosch. The competition is not just a platform where young ensembles can present themselves, but it is also a competition that provides extensive coaching and supervision. Other elements of the Storioni Academy are the annual Academy Concert, during which prize winners of the large Dutch music competitions are presented, and master classes for advanced conservatory students by one of the top soloists of the festival.
Storioni Willem Twee Competition 2018
On Wednesday 17 January the finale of the Storioni Willem Twee Competition takes place at Willem Twee Concerthall in Den Bosch.

The Academy Concert traditionally takes place on the first Sunday of the festival, this year on Sunday afternoon 21 January in the Kleine Zaal of Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. With the cooperation of, among others, winners YPF, Cello Biennial, Oscar Back competition and TROMP Percussion Eindhoven.
